Yes. We welcome trade clients, electrical contractors, and corporate facility buyers to our regional warehouse facilities to review active stock holdings or collect components. Because certain high-capacity configurations or loose bare engines move quickly or require specialised rigging, we highly recommend calling ahead to confirm availability with your assigned salesperson before dispatching your vehicle.

Do you provide complete turnkey installation and site commissioning, or do you only supply hardware?

We are strictly hardware suppliers and distributors of premium diesel engines, generator sets, and components, we do not handle physical on-site installations, electrical wiring, or issue Certificates of Compliance (CoC). However, we work closely with an extensive network of qualified, independent electrical contractors and rigging specialists across the country. Once you have selected the right generator asset for your facility, we will gladly refer you to a trusted installation partner in your area to manage your rigging, site integration, and legal CoC sign-off.

What post-installation engineering support and routine maintenance plans do you offer?

We protect your standby power asset for the long haul. Our team of mobile field technicians handles routine lubrication maintenance, filtration swaps, system load bank testing, and immediate diagnostic breakdown sweeps. We maintain a large stock of original parts, ensuring you always have direct access to critical components and replacement filters.
